International Shipping
International orders are welcome. Consider the cost of
our standard US shipping service to be the cost of shipping
most international orders via Air Mail, a 7-10 day service.
This cost will be reflected in your order's total. Air Mail
shipping costs are below.

other than what's outlined above on international orders.
If this is the case, we will notify you via email before
shipping.
If an expedited service or special handling is desired,
you will have the opportunity to make this request in the
"Special Shipping Instructions" box at the end of the online
ordering process. We will email you the cost of shipping
any other method you request prior to processing your order.
Global Priority Mail, a 4-5 day service, is available to
most locations. Or, you can specify which service or how
quickly you would like your order and we'll quote you a
cost or a variety of services/costs to choose from.

Methods of Payment
We can only accept payment in U.S. dollars at this time.
Valid payment methods for international customers are credit
card, debit card or wire transfer. If you'd like to do a
wire transfer, email us at active@X-chrom.com
to set it up. If we have any problems getting approval on
your card after you have submitted an order, we will contact
you via email.
