Sizing Comments:  Runs small in the cup.  If you think you are in between sizes, we recommend the smaller band and larger cup for the most RVM® (restricted vertical movement).

Fabric Comments:  Outer Cups/Frame/Back/Straps: 63% Nylon, 23% Polyester, 14% Lycra® spandex.  Inner Frame: 67% Nylon, 33% Spandex.  Cup Lining: 60% polyester, 40% cotton. Back Lining: 82% Nylon, 18% Spandex.

Not for those with C-cup and above - 06/17/2009

This bra starts out comfortable and is okay to wear for low-impact activities. However, as soon as I start to move, be it an aerobics class, elliptical, weight lifting, soccer, you name it, my back starts killing me!!!! No amount of strap adjustment will keep the back band from riding up (and I tried wearing a different size, no change), causing horrendous pain in my upper back for 1-2 days after wearing this bra.
