Where are you located?
Our warehouse/office is located at 7181 West Grand Ave, Chicago, IL 60707 USA. We are on the far west side of Chicago, just north of Oak Park, IL.
Do you have a store?
We have a warehouse and an office on the far west side of the city of Chicago. If you are in the area, you are welcome to make an appointment and stop by. It's not exactly a shiny department store feel, but you will get excellent service.
Do you have a catalog?
No, we do not have a printed catalog for distribution. Our products can only be displayed online or in person.
What are your Shipping Rates?
Our shipping rates are determined based on your order total weight. An estimate is provided when you add an item to the shopping cart. We use the US Postal Service as our carrier. Once you have finished adding your items to the shopping cart and start to checkout, we will ask if you would like to change your shipping method and quote related costs/transit times in step 3 of the checkout process.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world. We have provided International Instructions for submitting your order on the first page of the checkout process. Please note you may incur a duty upon receipt of the order, depending on your country's customs laws.
Do you ship to Military Addresses?
Yes. Check out the International Instructions on the first page of the checkout process if you need help submitting your order info.
Can I return something?
Yes, you can return any merchandise for any reason. We ask that the merchandise is returned in the same condition it was received. We ask that you return merchandise within 30 days of receipt. If that's not possible, you can send it back, but we can not guarantee a merchandise refund after 90 days. Click here to read more details on our Returns Policy.
Do I have to pay to send something back?
Yes. It's most economical if you package the merchandise in a secure but light parcel and use the post office to ship it back either first class or parcel post. If you send the merchandise back for something else in exchange, we will ship the initial exchange to you free of a shipping/handling charge.
Can I get personally fitted for a bra?
Yes, either online or in person. Try our Custom Online Fitting Service. Or make an appointment to stop by our location. We can also come to you if you'd like. Just ask. Call us at 773-385-9557 or email us to make an appointment.
