Return Policy
You may return any merchandise for any reason for an exchange or merchandise credit. We ask that you try to return merchandise within 30 days of receipt, but this is simply a request.
However, after 90 days, we can not guarantee acceptance of a return for a merchandise credit. For your protection, we do not retain credit/debit card info beyond that time period.
Please return merchandise in the same condition it was received.
Returns of undergarments and merchandise:
- Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact.
- By law, garments containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been worn or tried on. Please try these items on over your own underwear.
- We suggest you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase. These can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.

1) What if I have to return something even if I provided Measurements?
Recommendations for garments based on fitting measurements you take yourself are just that; recommendations. We cannot guaranty fit since measuring results may vary based on what is used to measure and on how an individual takes measurements. Our same returns policy applies.
2) What Shipping Fees Apply to a Return / Exchange?
If you are exchanging an item the first time, no shipping fees will apply. If you are exchanging an item after the first exchange shipment, standard shipping fees will apply. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, or items that you did not order, it is important that the items remain unworn, unopened, and unlaundered so we can credit you in full, including return shipping if it is a result of our error. How Do I Return My Purchase?
Please follow these steps to successfully return your purchase:
- Please return an item in the original packaging in which it was received.
- Fill out and include the return form which was shipped with the item you are returning.
- Please return the item in the same packaging it was shipped or safer packaging. We are not responsible for damage to products in transit sent back to us.
- To ensure the package arrives safely and that you are credited, please use a traceable method.

3) What if I want to compare styles or sizes?
If what you received is not quite right or you just want to compare styles or sizes, please let us know. We'd be happy to make a second shipment of another size or style to try before you return what was initially received. This way, you can make just one return when you are ready to decide what's best for you. Just call us at 773-385-9557 or send an email us so we can help determine what's right for you. In this case, we would only charge you for the cost of the other styles or sizes. You would receive a credit for the merchandise returned upon receipt of the return.
4) What's the difference between a credit and an exchange?
If you request a merchandise credit, the cost of the returned items is credited back to the original form of your payment. If you request an exchange shipment, we ship another style or size for you to try. We do not charge shipping/handling for the first exchange shipment.
5) How long does it take for a return to be processed?
You should expect your return to be processed within a week of receipt of the return.
6) Where is the returns form?
Your returns form will appear on the back of the invoice that arrives with your order.
7) What if I lost my returns form?
If your returns form is not handy, just jot us a note with your name, phone number and email address. Let us know if you would like a merchandise refund or exchange in your note.
